Summary:
The Regional Director oversees all regional Residential Operations and ensures that services provided are of the highest quality and in accordance with the person's served ISP, CARF, licensing, and funding requirements by performing the following duties:
Required Regional Director-Level Competencies:

Responsibilities:

Leads and develops their employees to achieve quality outcomes through training, supervision and support, and promoting positive employee relations and to comply with policies and procedures.
Ensures that effective hiring practices, employee onboarding, and new employee training techniques are successful.
Utilizes computers, smartphones, and other technology-based equipment to communicate effectively.
Ensures services are provided within CARF standards, funding source and licensing agency requirements, and organizational policy and procedures.
Completes documentation, data entry, and written reports in a timely manner in accordance with organizational deadlines.
Investigates allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation.
Investigates work-related injuries, determine the root cause, and develop solutions to prevent future accidents.
Develops and implements quality residential program goals, policies, and procedures in collaboration with other Regional Directors that are consistent with the mission of the organization.
Actively participates in the preparation of his/her home and regional budgets and operates within approved budget parameters, utilizing sound fiscal practices to manage and adapt to ongoing change.
Participates in organizational and departmental committees, as appropriate.
Adheres to all St.
Coletta organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree (BS, BA) in a related field, plus a minimum of five years of management experience, or an equivalent combination of training and/or experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
