Events Manager The Events Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and coordinating both prospect and client events at Annex.
Your Role Creates and strategizes event plans and concepts Manages coordination, set-up, and implementation of events Manages event timelines and coordinates with the Annex team for staffing Establishes a professional working relationship and negotiates with vendors, when necessary Manages event-relevant communication Updates senior leadership on events Handles post-event data for delivery to follow-up team What We Are Looking For 2-5
years event planning experience 2
years' experience using CRM preferably Hubspot Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency Strong independent project management skills Must be able to interact and flourish in a team setting Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion Excellent attention to detail What You Can Expect In return for your leadership, talent, time, and commitment, we offer the competitive compensation and benefits you would expect of an industry leader, including paid holidays, vacations, and a 401(k) plan.
