Job Description:
The Quality Engineer / CMM Operator will assist in ensuring that all quality standards of UPI are adhered to.
In addition, this position will assist in monitoring product quality, initiate problem solving and complete required documentation.

Responsibilities:
Inspect parts according to specifications.
Read, interpret and understand blueprints and part drawings Ability to program and operate Zeiss Calypso CMM software Ability to program/operate Micro-Vu visual inspection equipment Ability to program/operate Roamer Arm / laser scanner inspection equipment Use various gages to measure and inspect parts Utilize a PC to enter product activity information Maintaining a safe and clean working environment Receiving inspection Job Requirements Must have - High school Diploma or GED Maintain a positive assertive attitude Knowledge in GD&T Acute attention to detail is a must Experience in creating PPAPS and First Article documentation Extensive experience with blueprint reading Adequate experience in use of manual gages (micrometer, caliper, height stand) Must have - understanding of Polyworks and Calypso Software Must have - 2 Years of Quality Technician Experience required Please list your accreditation's in your resume:
